Recently I managed eight business units across New Jersey encompassing 16 leaders and nearly 200 employees. I received accolades for reducing staffing efficiencies to increase EBITDA significantly.
During three of my positions, I have increased enrollment significantly in a very short timeframe. Under one year, I have been instrumental at adding over 340 new students, increasing enrollment between 34 and 70 percent. No task is too daunting or too difficult; as I welcome new concepts and challenges. Years ago, I started a Facebook group calling “Neighbors Helping Neighbors, Montgomery NJ” to create a network in my local community under a pay-it-forward concept. I have raised over $6,000 funds for local teachers, collected 60 coats for Loaves and Fishes, held an art contest and paid off $1,500 in overdue lunch accounts for lower income families with the help of over 2,000 members.
